Communication to Occupational Therapists

Occupational therapists are notified of their selection for review of their continuing competence plans by June 1 each year. By September 15, the competence plan materials must be submitted to the College. Failure to submit continuing competence plan materials within 30 days of the grace period automatically results in a decision to move to a practice visit. 

Following review of the continuing competence plans, and before December 31, each occupational therapist selected for review receives a letter outlining the results of their review. 

Aggregate data is shared with all regulated members of the College via newsletter and website publications at the end of each review cycle.
