The Alternative Complaint Resolution is a mediation process used to resolve disputes between parties in a cooperative manner. It is used in appropriate circumstances where there is likelihood that the complainant and investigated person will be able to resolve their dispute. A regulated member participates in and/or conducts the ACR process and the person who conducts the ACR is impartial.
